By installing or using the Leadership Tracker mobile application ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Leadership Tracker is a free tool that helps local volunteer leadership groups organize callings, interviews, and meeting agendas. The app has no backend server: everything you enter is stored on your device and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive folder. See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
Leadership Tracker is independently developed software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or any other organization.
You own the data you put into the app. Because that data may include information about other people (names, callings, appointments), you are responsible for using the app consistent with the trust placed in you and any obligations your organization has — in particular:
Optional features depend on Google services (Google Sign-In, Google Drive, Google Calendar) under their own terms. The app cannot function in shared mode if those services are unavailable, and the developer is not responsible for changes Google makes to them.
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While the app is built to store data safely in your own Google Drive, no software is perfect: you are encouraged to keep important information in your organization's systems of record as well. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will never occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access other users' data without authorization, or to interfere with or disrupt the Google services the app relies on.
You may stop using the app at any time: uninstall it, delete your Drive folder, and revoke the app's access in your Google Account settings. The developer may discontinue the app at any time; because your data lives in your own Google Drive, it remains yours and accessible even if the app is discontinued.
If these terms change, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
