Leadership Tracker

The companion to Member Tools — track callings, interviews, and meeting agendas your whole bishopric shares.

Member Tools shows you the current state — your directory and reports. Leadership Tracker tracks the work behind it: a calling moving from approval to set-apart, who's coming due for an interview, and this week's program. It's the app for a ward bishopric or stake presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to coordinate the work they share — on each leader's own phone, right next to Member Tools.

It replaces two things every bishopric improvises: the callings & interviews spreadsheet and the weekly printed agenda book — with one shared tracker that's planned ahead, reminds you before things slip, and syncs to your calendar.

Runs on Android (iOS coming later) and is currently in pre-release testing ahead of its Google Play launch.

What the app does

Callings — track each calling from the first decision through leadership approval, the invitation interview, the sustaining, setting apart, and the record update in LCR — with reminders when a step has waited too long. No more spreadsheet that's always out of date.
Interviews — schedule recurring interviews (rotated between leaders) and one-time appointments, see everything due on a single worklist, and sync appointments to your Google Calendar with reminders, so a member who's due never slips through the cracks.
Meeting agendas — plan sacrament and leadership meeting programs weeks ahead instead of Sunday morning: speakers and topics, prayers, hymns, and business items, with a reminder when a slot is still unfilled and a printable agenda PDF. Sustainings and releases from your callings appear on the agenda automatically — no double entry.
Built for a team — every member of the leadership group sees the same up-to-date information on their own phone, in their own language (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French).

Your data stays yours

Leadership Tracker has no backend server and collects nothing. Everything you enter is stored on your device — or, if you choose shared mode, in a Google Drive folder that you create and own, shared only with the people you invite. The app connects to your Google account for exactly two purposes:

Google Drive — the app stores its data files in the one folder you select. It uses Google's limited drive.file permission, which means it cannot see, touch, or list anything else in your Drive.
Google Calendar — if your team links a calendar, the app writes interview appointments to it and reads it so you can see open time slots while scheduling. It only ever touches the one calendar you select.

No data is ever transmitted to the developer or any third party. You still record final callings in LCR, like always — Leadership Tracker just tracks the work of getting there. You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google Account settings, and your files remain yours in your own Drive. The app also works fully in a device-only mode with no Google account at all.
